Who We Are
In 2015, our co-founders drew upon their legal experience and passion for estate planning to create Giving Docs. They imagined an easy-to-use will builder, designed to encourage more people to create estate plans and to consider legacy giving. Partnering with behavioral scientists at Duke University and subject matter experts across the U.S., the team developed a product specifically customized to support planned giving programs at mission-driven organizations. Today, Giving Docs is proud to partner with hundreds of US nonprofit organizations to support planned giving marketing campaigns and uncover new and undocumented planned gifts.
We are passionate about increasing legacy giving, and are proud to offer our partners deep expertise in planned giving, nonprofit fundraising, estate planning, and technology.
