What We’re Looking For
Giving Docs is seeking an experienced Operations Manager where you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach within the nonprofit sector. You will be responsible for helping to generate sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the processes in sales, operations and marketing from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Develop a thorough knowledge of the Giving Docs product and value proposition

Support sales team to meet quarterly and annual sales revenue goals

Conduct prospect research and compile key insights to inform decision making

Identify, contact, and schedule meetings with qualified sales prospects

Optimize our use of HubSpot to manage processes as a power user
-
Assist with external marketing through newsletters and group demos

Manage key administrative functions including process and data quality enforcement, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other tasks

Provide key logistical support for events, including webinars, industry conferences, in-person sales meetings, and/or speaking engagements, including tracking deadlines, creating and/or submitting materials, and booking travel as needed

About You
-
2+ years of professional work experience, preferably in operations; direct experience in technology, nonprofit fundraising, business, legal, and/or other relevant sectors preferred
-
Experience in Planned Giving and/or B2B technology sales preferred
-
Direct experience with managing records in Hubspot and G Suite
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable interacting with nonprofit orgs.

Exceptional attention to detail; loves a to-do list and managing tasks

Tech savvy, comfortable working in databases and spreadsheets, and committed to data integrity

Ability to utilize zoom effectively

Familiarity with sales tools, processes, and technology

Capability to perform administrative support functions flawlessly

High degree of empathy, with a demonstrated ability to listen carefully to and engage meaningfully with a wide variety of stakeholders

Desire to not merely meet customer expectations, but seek opportunities to delight

Excellent at working within teams to achieve ambitious goals

Comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced start-up environment

Ability to work remotely regardless of location, with primary working hours between 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time M-F
Salary and Benefits

Annual starting salary range between $70k- $85k, depending on experience.
